At Botany we believe that change starts with us. We envisioned a different kind of florist - one that took sustainability into it's own hands and created a better business system. We are therefore very excited to offer a new vase returns program for our customers.
How does it work?
Send your (undamaged) vase back to us, and we will send you a unique discount code to use as a credit off your next order. We reuse your unwanted vase for another customer, creating a circular system.

Be sure to include the following details so we can send you your code:
- Your full name.
- Your contact number.
- Your email address.
Can I return any vase?
Our vase returns program is only available to Botany customers, for the return of vases received from us. We have set vase sizes for our range, so in order for us to easily assign the vase to another arrangement, we can only accept our vases.
When will I get my discount code?
We will send you your code upon receiving and checking your vase. The discount will be for the retail cost of the vase, and will vary depending on the size. If you can't remember which vase you received from us, we stock glass cylinder vases in the following sizes:
- 10cm x 10cm
- 12cm x 12cm
- 15cm x 15cm
- 18cm x 18cm
- 18cm (H) x 15cm (W)
- 16.5cm (W) x 12cm (H)
- 20cm (H) x 10cm (W)
Please ensure that your vase is not cracked, chipped or damaged, as the next person that receives it may want to keep it!
Please also ensure that it is well packed for transportation, with lots of stuffing and padding. We encourage you to reuse anything you can to pack your vase, like old newspapers or magazines etc - extra points for recyclable packaging material!
