They use 5% of each year's profit to help fund social impact initiatives, and plant a tree for every dozen sold. All of their packaging is 100% compostable or recyclable.

Minimum's 2021 Sangiovese/Syrah is 100% wild fermented and unfined. Wild fermented on full skins in stainless steel tanks before transfer to old oak vessels. Barrell-aged for 10 months, with a further month of bulk fermentation.

Each bottle is 750ml/13.5%.
