Black forest is a classic combination that always works deliciously well. Smooth, dark chocolate and sour cherries are paired with caramelised chocolate for a bit of crunch. 

Planet Cocoa have been making chocolates by hand in Melbourne for years. Their new bean-to-bar range means the chocolate itself is made from scratch. This process includes roasting, crushing, winnowing then stone grinding the beans and blending the cocao into the smooth chocolate blocks we love.

These chocolates are made with fair trade Samoan cacao beans from Living Koko and tart, dried sour cherries. The malt crunch is a Planet Cocoa signature ingredient and is deliciously moreish.

 

INGREDIENTS:
64% dark craft chocolate (Samoan cacao beans, Peruvian cocoa butter, Australian raw sugar), malt crunch (64% dark chocolate, caster sugar, water), sour dried cherries, vegetable oil.

DIETARY NOTES:
Vegan friendly. Does not contain nuts or gluten however blocks are made in a shared environment. Whilst every effort is made to avoid cross contamination it cannot be guaranteed.

Each block is approximately 60-65 grams.

All packaging used is kerbside recyclable.
